I am speechless about the idea of putting music fans in jail for downloading music. It is wrong to illegally download, but the answer cannot be jail. We should look to new technologies like Apple's new Music Store for solutions. It is the fans that drive the success of the music business.

The global tribute to Michael Jackson in Vienna will be held Sept. 26, and Jackson's brother Jermaine is expected to reveal the concert lineup soon, organizers announced Wednesday.
The Tribute will be presented by Jermaine Jackson and World Awards Media and produced by Jermaine Jackson, Halima Rashid and Georg Kindel. Entrepreneur Christian Baha and Mr. Kindel, Founder, Chairman and Executive Producer of THE WORLD AWARDS®, WOMEN’S WORLD AWARDS® and SAVE THE WORLD AWARDS® – events that are among the most prestigious in the world with each show reaching more than 500 million people – will be the Executive Producers of The Tribute.
The idea of the stage design is to integrate the imperial backdrop as part of the stage setting. The multimedia stage will be approximately 165 feet wide, it consists of massive mobile LED walls that can be independently controlled and moved. Therefore each LED wall can show its own video or image. The LED walls can be moved together to form a solid continual backdrop. A runway will allow presenters and artists to walk through the audience. The tip of the runway will be formed as a crown. There will be various stage levels for performing artists, the house band and the presenters.
Situated to the left and right of the stage will be grandstands with seating for approx. 5,000 distinguised guests.
